Our affordable bamboo roll is made from natural Tonkin bamboo poles with a diameter of 10–25 mm. Tonkin thick bamboo mats are available in various sizes and can easily be shortened by yourself. The bamboo poles are tapered, therefore they are placed alternately with the thick and thin side next to each other. This product can be used as a fence, wall, or ceiling. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
All types of bamboo, as a natural material, tend to crack lengthwise along the pole. This is caused by fluctuations in humidity and temperature where it is used and cannot be completely prevented. However, these cracks do not affect the mechanical properties of the bamboo.
