Bamboo is a natural material that differs in its properties from industrially manufactured products. Each piece is unique and may show natural variations in color, shape, thickness, and dimensions.

We carefully inspect every delivery and ensure that the poles meet our quality standards. We strive to provide first-class material quality. Nevertheless, bamboo retains its natural character, which may be reflected in certain visual and structural features.

In whole bamboo poles, the following may naturally occur:

• longitudinal cracks
• fine hairline cracks and small natural splits
• slight abrasions, minor marks from processing or handling
• color variations or slight surface irregularities

All types of bamboo naturally tend to crack longitudinally. This phenomenon is caused by fluctuations in atmospheric humidity and temperature in the environment where the bamboo is used and cannot be completely prevented. However, these cracks do not affect the mechanical properties or strength of the bamboo.

Bamboo naturally reacts to temperature, humidity, and weather conditions. As a result, its appearance may change, including natural color changes due to external influences. Over time, the material weathers naturally and may lose its original color.

To protect the material, we recommend applying a protective coating. Even with treatment, prolonged exposure to intense sunlight may cause color changes.

These characteristics are a natural part of bamboo, do not affect its functionality, and are not considered defects or grounds for complaint.
